We will learn and practice how to deeply calm down and connect with our self and experiences to prepare for the night.
We will reflect and deeply connect with our center and the earth, and practice sitting meditation, and talk about how to deepen our practice.
We will look into how can our practice be beneficial to us and to everyone around us, and to the earth we live on.With meditation instructions, we will integrate the day, and deeply connect with the earth. We will explore and practice meditation to deeply calm down for the evening.

Feel the beauty of life
We explore basic meditation tips and instructions, and learn to apply them in order to open up to the beautiful day. We will stop, rest, relax, listen deeply and see with eyes of open curiosity to deeply experience the miracle of life in meditation.
We have a precious life, we will practice with gratitude, and learn to get in touch and direct our energy to expand our heart to others, and to be of benefit to those in need.
Meditation is a very simple practice than can take us out of our daily worries and introduce us to the beauty of life thats unfolding around us every moment. We explore this and talk about tips and methods to deepen our openness.
Zur Befreiung aller Wesen
Mediation braucht Leidenschaft, Geduld und Ausdauer, aber auch viel Herzblut. Okan Özaydin geht seit mehreren Jahren den buddhistischen Meditationsweg, auf dem ihn viele Lehrende aus aller Welt unterstützt haben.
Es ist ihm eine große Freude diese Erfahrung und das Wissen mit der wasserFEST-Family zu teilen – zur Befreiung aller Wesen.
