Inhalt: Achtsame Bewegung
Dauer: 120 Minuten
Häufigkeit: 3
Maximale Teilnehmerzahl: 20from subtle to wild, soft to strange
A two-hour journey into the wild, wonderful terrain of the body and beyond. We begin by arriving — into sensation, breath, gravity. From there, we play: with movement, with touch, with imagination. How does this body want to move today? What shapes can it take? What stories live inside its tissues?
We explore the body not just as ours, but as a doorway — becoming leaves, mountains, winds, rivers, animals, and textures. Through guided improvisation, sensory games, partner work, and embodied play, we expand our range of being — from subtle to wild, soft to strange.
Eyes may close. Skin may listen. We meet ourselves and each other in ways that words can’t quite reach. This is a space to be curious, to be moved, to remember that the body is not a fixed form — but a shifting, sensing, dreaming landscape. Y
ou don't need to know anything, or have any experience. All you need is the desire for discoveries and your body.
Das Wertvolle an Ekaterines “InBodyMent”
InBodyMeant creates a unique space where embodiment meets imagination. It offers participants the chance to reconnect with their bodies in a playful, intuitive way — not through technique or performance, but through curiosity, creativity, and presence. By exploring how it feels to be in this body, and how it might feel to become something else — a leaf, a mountain, a breeze — we loosen habitual patterns and invite fresh ways of moving, sensing, and relating.
The practice nurtures connection: to self, to others, and to the natural world. Through guided movement, touch, and sensory play, participants build trust in their own inner experience while expanding their capacity for empathy and expression. It’s a joyful, grounding, and transformative exploration — one that reminds us the body is not a fixed object, but a living, dreaming landscape. - 3 x MONKEY DANCE, Tanz | Klasse / Practice

This is a dance journey that begins with arriving — into the body, into the space, into presence. We land softly, meet each other without words, and awaken the senses. From this still ground, the “monkey” is invited to rise — wild, playful, untamed.
Participants are gently guided into movement, then given space to explore freely. As the rhythm builds, bodies are shaken loose, and freedom takes form. It’s not about performance, but raw, instinctive expression.
The body knows what it wants — and here, it’s invited to express and release whatever moves within. When the tide recedes, the music softens, the breath returns. We land in stillness, in gentle touch, in the quiet space that holds what was found. This is a return — to sensation, to wildness, to the deep pulse of being alive.
A space where the animal can move, the heart can speak, and the soul can rest. The process is guided to arrive, into the body and into connection with each other and space. In the middle there is free dance space where music is the only guide. And in the end we come together to land, in meditation, in touch and sometimes in singing circle.
Das Wertvolle an “Monkey Dance”
MonkeyDance offers a powerful container for participants to drop into their bodies, release the mind, and arrive fully into the present moment — individually and collectively. By beginning gently, we together create a safe, welcoming atmosphere where people can feel at home in themselves and in the space. Meeting each other through presence sets the tone for authentic, playful connection.
As the music builds, the dance becomes a channel for emotional release, expression, and wild aliveness — the “monkey” energy invites freedom, humor, and a breaking of inner constraints. However all the inner animals are invited into the space to come out and play. It’s not about performance, but about raw, embodied exploration.
This journey through movement, rhythm, and stillness becomes a doorway back to the self - playful, embodied, and whole. - 2 x PLAY ALLWAYS, Achtsame Bewegung | Klasse / Practice

A joyful, wiggly, giggly space for kids and grown-ups to move, play, and imagine — together. We become animals, shapes, weather, and wild things. We dance, crawl, leap, and rest. We explore touch, sound, and stillness. This is a space where families connect not through talking — but through bodies, laughter, and creative movement. A playful movement journey for all ages.
Das Wertvolle an Ekaterines “Play AllWays”
Play AllWays invites families into a shared world of movement, imagination, and connection. It creates a space where adults and children can meet as equals — not through roles, but through play. By embodying animals, elements, and stories, participants engage their creativity and deepen their bond, without pressure or performance. It’s a nourishing space where everyone gets to be a little wild, a little soft, and completely themselves — together.
Come as you are – move as you are
The body is wise – And a little wild.
Give it space, and it remembers how to sway, bounce, stretch, spin. No rules, no steps to follow - just give it freedom and there comes the joy of being in motion.
You don’t have to know how to dance.
You already do.
So let the body play, let it whisper, howl, and giggle it way to the wondrous being that you are.
Come as you are. Move as you are.
You are beautiful.
Through movement, we don’t perform - we listen.
We let what’s stuck begin to shift.
We meet forgotten parts of ourselves.
We awaken joy, shake off old weight, and touch something true.
And you do all this, yourself. I create a space for this to happen - a safe, loving container for movement, and stillness,
being and explorations,
emotions and connections,
with yourself and others,
for being witnessed and being wild.
A space where your body is welcome exactly as it is, and where you can unfold at your own pace - through dance, through breath, through presence.
