A Journey of no Distance

My name is Graham Brown. Born in a terraced house opposite a factory in Luton Bedfordshire England in 1953.

I sat on my bedroom floor to begin a life of meditation, yoga and pranayama when I was twelve.

I have lived life as scout, student, apprentice, designer, engineer, school teacher, craftsman, acupuncturist, Reciprocal Frame/designer/architect /builder/businessman, musician, poet, tango dancer, husband, father, grandfather, lover, journeyman traveler..... and now guide on the journey of awakening..... A Journey of no Distance

The Reciprocal Frame

I have known love and the terrible suffering of passionate loss.

33 years ago a physical roof structure dropped into my awareness.
I called it the Reciprocal Frame.
It expresses interconnectedness.
that which permeates and animates all life on earth.
It expresses the nature of mind awakened to the presence of that.
It has guided my Journey of no Distance to knowing self as that interconnectedness.
To experience peace, happiness and silence where previously there was none.

It is my pleasure to share what has been revealed and given to me.

The yurt at wasserFEST

The yurt will once again be at wasserFEST, but this year as part of the Be the Change tour.
This year's offer will therefore be the same as that on the tour.

On each of Thursday, Friday and Saturday there will be a one day workshop for a group for up to 15 people.

On Wednesday there will be an introduction to these workshops and the Be the Change Tour.

On Sunday Morning there will be a completion meditation for all workshop participants.

Workshops are led by Graham in English assisted by Heike for those needing a little help with the language.
